    Thank you for your feedback Mike. This is already something that we are looking at to enhance the merge experience. By the way, if the documents list is sorted by 'Date (Newest First)' the newly created merged document should be the 1st one on the screen. Merged documents get the date/time of when they were created so that is one quick way to identify the merged document from the originals.

    Thank you for the feedback Mike. I am not sure which delete button you are referring to. The document delete button located in the main toolbar is a lot further from the x in the right hand corner to close the program, and it asks for verification to delete the documents so it is already a 2 step process. Can you please elaborate which version of eDoc Organizer and which button specifically are you talking about in this suggestion.

    I just wanted to suggest using the Label Search feature in the Apply Labels window as a workaround in the meantime. You can search for a label by just typing in a few characters from its name and you can even search for multiple labels by just separating these search terms by a comma. Its a quick way to find all the labels you want to apply to the document and select them with one mouse click.

    I am unable to reproduce the behavior you are describing below with the latest version of eDoc Organizer (Version 4.6.x.x)

    eDoc Organizer can only suggest the label if the suggestion words are searchable in the PDF file. If you open your PDF file in a PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat, are you able to search for the word that should trigger the label suggestion? If you are, please send us the PDF in question at support@edocllc.com so that we can investigate the issue further.

    Thank you for the feedback Michael. Label suggestions feature in eDoc Organizer is currently not compatible with Folder Monitoring. You can use other methods of import, such as drag and drop, File > Import, etc. to import your documents into eDoc Organizer with label suggestions.

    This suggestion only applies to the Home edition of eDoc Organizer. The ability to have multiple users and provided them different permissions based on the labels applied to different documents already exists in the Business Edition.

    Applying multiple labels to documents is highly recommended. To make this task easier, we have recently implemented the ability to search for multiple labels together in the search box. Please refer to http://edocorganizer.uservoice.com/forums/50721-edoc-organizer-suggestions/suggestions/1995891-when-tag-dialog-appears-after-scan-allow-comma-sep?ref=title for details on how to use the feature. It can make multi-tagging a lot more faster.

    I am not quite sure what you mean by your comment. Are you implying that this functionality is important when you store business documents because it is needed when you get Audited?

    eDoc Organizer is a document management software. I don't think it will ever replace your tax and accounting software completely. How about storing the bill and sales tax amounts in the comments field?
